Building Chuke's HK CC9 Holster — The Rig That Started It

This is the build that started everything with the HK CC9 for us — the first HK CC9 holster we ever made, back when there were no molds for the gun anywhere.

The Message
Chuke messaged me on Instagram asking for an inside-the-waistband holster for an HK CC9. The gun was new enough that there were no molds available for it anywhere. I told him I'd see what I could do, and about a week later a mold came available.
I ordered a couple in and built him two Insider holsters. He liked them enough to put them in a couple of videos on his channel.
The Second Build
After the first videos went up, my inbox got busy. I built Chuke another one in a different color and stamp pattern — same Insider, different look — and he covered that one too.
The orders kept coming. Over the stretch that followed I built and shipped somewhere north of a hundred and fifty Insider holsters for the CC9, which eventually convinced me to buy the pistol myself. It's now what I carry every day.

The HK CC9 Holster
The Insider is my everyday IWB and the one more of my customers carry than anything else I make. Wet-formed to your specific pistol, Wickett & Craig leather, fully lined, cut to clear a red dot, on DCC Monoblock clips. Built appendix or strong side, right or left hand.
Every HK CC9 holster I make is built one at a time and molded to the actual pistol rather than something close to it. That is where the retention comes from, and it is why the gun sits the way it does.
