Leather Gun Belts
A holster is only as good as the belt beneath it. A proper leather gun belt is the foundation of the whole carry system — the difference between a handgun that rides secure and level all day and one that drags your waistband down by noon. Every belt I build is made one at a time, by hand, to do exactly that job and to keep doing it for decades.
These are handmade leather gun belts and concealed carry belts, built in the USA — stiff enough to carry a full-size revolver or pistol without sag or printing, yet finished and comfortable enough to wear every day, in town or in the field. Whether you're after an everyday CCW belt, a heavy-duty holster belt for hard use, or a showpiece with traditional detailing, there's one here built for it.
Three belts, three tiers
Frontier EDC Belt — the everyday belt. A single layer of thick 12–13 oz English Bridle: light, quick to break in, ready in a week or two, and plenty stout to carry a handgun. Clean, simple, and made to the same standard as everything that leaves my shop.
Heritage Gun Belt — the premium workhorse. Two full layers of drum-dyed Wickett & Craig leather bonded to a quarter-inch thick, with two parallel rows of edge stitching and a heavy-duty stainless steel roller buckle secured with Chicago screws. The belt for serious daily carry and hard field use.
Heritage Gun Slinger Belt — the flagship. It's the Heritage belt, but instead of two straight rows of stitching, it's stitched all the way around and finished with the traditional gunslinger pattern. It's the best-looking belt I make, and that curved stitch holds it against stretch even better than a straight seam.
Every belt is cut from leather tanned by Wickett & Craig — the oldest vegetable tannery in America, in business since 1867 — and laid out by hand in my own shop, to the same standard I've held for close to twenty years.
