All packages within the USA are typically shipped USPS First Class, or Priority mail. which comes with tracking info, $100 in insurance coverage and typically take 2-5 days to arrive.
The United States includes the following: The contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands and the Virgin Islands.
INTERNATIONAL
Countries we currently ship to: United States (including APO/FPO and territories), Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Israel, Philippines.
If your country isn't listed, we can't ship there at this time. Checkout is the authority — if an address won't accept at checkout, we don't deliver there.

INTERNATIONAL CARRIER OPTIONS
DHL Express — the fastest option, fully tracked door to door, with customs handled directly by the carrier. The most expensive, and the one I'd choose for a high-value order.
UPS — also fully tracked and reliable, generally slower than Express.
USPS International — the cheapest option and the one with the most risk. Tracking frequently stops once the package leaves the United States, and I have no visibility or recourse after that point. If you choose USPS on a high-value order, you're accepting that risk.
A note on customs charges. DHL and UPS both pay any duties owed on your behalf to keep your package moving, then bill you for that amount plus a service fee for advancing it. This is normal and it's charged by the carrier, not by me. Expect the final bill to be somewhat higher than the duty alone.
Whichever you choose, include a phone number — customs and carriers need one, and packages get held without it.
IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & FEES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST), and carrier brokerage or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority when the package is delivered. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office before ordering to find out what your country charges on goods imported from the USA.

- Tracking email is sent upon shipping. Please check your email (and spam folder) or your account page for your tracking link
Rules and Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Orders paid via credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
- The total shipping cost for US and Canada shipments are a reflection of the total value of your order.
- Just In Case Holsters cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.
