Standard orders: approximately 4 months.
Every piece I make is built by hand, one at a time, for one specific firearm. There's no shelf of blanks waiting to be finished and no second set of hands cutting leather. When you place an order it goes into the queue behind the ones that came before it, and I work through them in order.
Four months is the honest number. I'd rather tell you that up front than quote you six weeks and spend the next three months apologizing.
Some things are faster. Anything I keep in stock — chest rigs for the most-carried guns — ships in 3 to 5 business days. The Frontier EDC belt runs 1 to 2 weeks. The lead time on each product page is the one that applies to that item.
Rush orders move you toward the front of the queue. There's a fee for that, because it means someone else waits longer. If you need something by a specific date, ask before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether I can hit it.
Christmas Delivery
Two dates matter:

Standard orders — July 31. (Closed for 2026)
- Rush orders — September 30.
Order by those dates and I guarantee it's under the tree.
Why the deadline is earlier than the math suggests
Run the numbers and a four-month build ordered in early August lands the first week of December — which looks like plenty of runway. It isn't.
The moment December starts, the shipping system gets buried. Carriers are moving several times their normal volume, packages sit in facilities for days, and tracking stops meaning much. A box that takes three days in October can take two weeks in December, and no amount of paying for faster service reliably fixes it. I've watched it happen every year.
I don't control any of that. What I can control is finishing your holster with enough margin that the mail has time to be the mail. That's what the July 31 and September 30 dates are — the point where I can still promise you Christmas and mean it.
Ordering after the deadline
You can still order. Most of the time it still arrives before Christmas — I'm not saying it won't.
I just won't guarantee it, and I'd rather be straight with you than take your money and hope. If Christmas is the whole point of the order, a rush before September 30 is the right call. If you just want the holster and the timing is flexible, order whenever suits you and I'll build it right.
