The Outdoorsman Hip Holster is a great option when concealment is not a concern and is especially suited for revolvers but can work just as well with any other handgun.  The Outdoorsman is a wonderful Holster for when hunting, hiking, camping, Ranching, fishing and many others.

The Outdoorsman is constructed from 8 to 8.5 oz leather and lined with a smooth 3 oz liner and also has an 8 to 8.5 Oz reinforced mouth panel, making this one very sturdy holster built to withstand the great outdoors.  We build this holster with 2 wings that go behind your belt making the contact area 5.5" wide.  These wings really help with the stability of the holster.  The Outdoorsman is designed to sit a little lower and is made to be a straight pull. All of our Outdoorsman Holsters come with either a hammer thong or strap and snap for semi autos and hammerless revolvers.  We have placed a screws on the back of the Outdoorsman holster to make it so this holster can either be slid over a belt or undone and wrapped around any strapping that is 3" we install a belt block for 1.75" belts to help stop movement of the holster, this block can be removed if you would like.
