REFUND and EXCHANGE
In order to start the return process you must call or email us within 7 days of accepting delivery of the order! There is no exeptions to this rule. Please have your order # with you when contacting us by phone or please include it in your email.
When returning an item for exchange or credit:
Original shipping cost are not eligible for refund.
(If) added rush services are not eligible for refund.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% which is solely up to our disgretion.
PLUS and WORKS package holsters are personalized by the customer, therefore they are not eligible to be returned. This includes products where stamp patterns and or other customizations have been made.
- The product must be in new condition with no signs of ANY KIND of oils, conditioners or other products that have been applied.
- Your return must be shipped in a PADDED envelope or BOX, NO EXCEPTIONS. If it is returned in anything else it will be returned to sender. We recomend a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept returns that have been damaged by the shipper on the return shipping.
- We will make every reasonable effort to work with you on your claim but all returns are accepted or rejected solely at our discretion.
- ANY ALTERATIONS or customer requested modifications to our standard designs, that cannot be resold, are considered not returnable.
We shoot our photography as closely and genuinely as possible to representing the actual color of the finished leather product. That being said, you are purchasing a product made with a natural material. This is natural veg-tanned leather and each piece accepts colors and dyes differently. No two pieces of leather will be exactly the same. That is the beautiful imperfection of character that is created when natural materials are used to hand make products. That is just the way it is.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within seven days of recieving your return. IF for what ever reason the REFUND has been rejected we will send you back the product for you to do with what you please or we can keep the product it will be your choice.
REFUNDS will be issued through the website and you will recieve an email stating that you have been REFUNDED to the email address you supplied when placing the order.
Only our regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you used a discount code when ordering don't worry this DOES NOT count as being on SALE.
Exchanges (if applicable)
