Heritage Gun Belt

A gun belt is the foundation everything else rides on, and the Heritage is made to be the last one you'll buy. It begins with two full layers of drum-dyed leather from Wickett & Craig — the oldest vegetable tannery in America, tanning since 1867 — bonded and stitched into a belt right at a quarter-inch thick. That structure is what separates a true gun belt from a dress belt with ambitions: it carries a full-size revolver, a spare magazine, and a full day's gear dead level, without rolling, sagging, or ever giving up its shape.

Two parallel rows of stitching run the length of each edge, as much function as finish — they lock the layers together and hold the belt against the stretch that softens lesser leather over time. The buckle is a heavy-duty stainless steel roller, secured with Chicago screws, so it's yours to change whenever you like — nothing to cut, nothing to replace.

Every Heritage is laid out by hand and stitched on my Cobra Class 4 sewing machine, the same way I've built them for the better part of twenty years. It wears just as well under a sport coat in town as it does under a pack in the high country, and it'll probably outlast the gun you hang on it.

The 1.75" width is the maximum-support option — built for heavy revolvers, full-size pistols, and hard field carry. If you'd rather a belt that slips through standard dress loops, the 1.5" is the more versatile everyday width.

Belt Sizing

The easiest way to find your size is to measure a belt you already wear.

1. Use a belt you currently wear comfortably.
2. Lay the belt flat on a table.
3. Measure from where the leather folds around the buckle to the hole you use most.
4. Select the closest size from the dropdown.

If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the size that best reflects your future fit. Accurate measurement is the customer's responsibility, so please follow these steps carefully.
