Taurus gives you a lot of big-bore for the money, and the Raging Hunter, Raging Bull, and Model 44 punch well above their price in the field. This is my Kodiak chest holster built for them — already made and waiting, so you can get one on your chest without a months-long wait.

Same build as everything that leaves my shop: full-grain Wickett & Craig leather, fully lined, heavy bonded nylon thread, wet-molded to your Taurus and held with a hammer thong. All my in-stock rigs are done in rich brown leather with white stitching.

A ported big-bore like the Raging Hunter is a handful to pack on a belt all day; ride it on your chest instead and it stays out from under your pack, level and reachable.
