Every piece is handmade to order (about a 4-month build). To guarantee delivery by Christmas — in time to wrap and put under the tree — place standard orders by July 31, or rush orders by September 30. Orders after these dates can't be guaranteed to arrive for the holidays.
Outdoorsman Hip Holster
The Outdoorsman is my field holster for big-bore revolvers — built to carry a heavy wheelgun on your belt through country where you actually use it. It rides on a wide contact patch with an integrated belt stop, so it stays put on the draw and doesn't shift around on horseback, on an ATV, or after a hard mile on foot.
It's wet-molded to your exact revolver, single- or double-action, from full-grain Wickett & Craig leather lined with 3 oz. Wickett & Craig. I build it for just about any big-bore wheelgun you'd pack in the backcountry — from a Ruger or a Colt up to a .500 S&W BFR — with a straight-pull draw that's smooth and natural and a fit that holds the gun secure until you want it.
